Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized luggage and accessories.

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective on arrival).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  3. Securely package your items and ship them back as instructed.

4. Refunds

  • Inspected within 7 business days of receiving the return.

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • Defective or incorrect items will be exchanged free of charge.

  • For other exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
