3. Return Process
Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Securely package your items and ship them back as instructed.
4. Refunds
Inspected within 7 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
Defective or incorrect items will be exchanged free of charge.
For other exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
